• Outcomes include increased communication and collaboration between NECC, VWCC, the WIB, vendors, customers and providers, which facilitated easier and clearer ways to work with transitioning youth and with each other.
• Two Education Counselors from NECC were co-located at ValleyWorks Career Center.
• NECC developed Career Pathway Maps to provide visual information about program entry points.
• NECC offered professional development workshops for providers.
